Why blogging?
I have valuable things to say! So do you!
Sharing my interests, successes, and struggles is valuable to me as a way to gain perspective and self-reflect. I'm putting it out there to share so everyone else in similar situations knows they are not alone. I wish to provide a bit of hope and support to someone who needs it. Sometimes you just need to know there are others out there who understand you and where you are right now.
As I search the blog world, I find that many people are writing about having young children. I'm not there anymore, but I enjoyed every moment of it. I want to talk more about life with older kids and how that looks. Parents need support at every stage!
Also, I don't take myself too seriously. I like to laugh at the funny stuff (and the stuff I hope I will one day find funny) and I hope you will laugh with me.
